Dreaming of getting rid of batteries?

Want to remove the risk of battery acid destroying your MPU board?

If so...how about a chip that still saves your settings and high scores?

This chip replaces your batteries for a minimum of 12 Years!

This chip works on the following systems:

Bally / Williams WPC.

Bally / Williams WPC95.

All Data East games.

All Sega games.

All newer Stern Whitestar systems.

Note! When used on Sega or Stern, the HSB pin number 26 needs to be removed.

When installed on Data East, remove HSB pin number 26, and make a link between +5V and B+.

Some WMS games use larger RAM circuits. To be able to use our NVRAM, add resistor 1.5k on R93, and remove Oohms resistor on W3.

If your MPU board does not have a IC socket for the static RAM, we strongly suggest you solder one on before you start using this chip!

This is not a timekeeper IC! It will store all data but does not keep track of time. So if you have WMS games featuring the "Midnight Madness" mode, you need to adjust time when game is turned on to access the mode.
